The Bands of The Villages Ensemble Concert invites you to an evening of beautifully crafted, small-group performances showcasing the remarkable musicianship of our community. 

Each ensemble highlights the unique colors, textures, and personalities of its instrument family, creating a diverse and engaging musical journey. 

Included in the program will be one of J. P. Sousa’s most famous marches, The Liberty Bell; the exciting Mambo! from West Side Story; Villanelle, a beautiful french horn solo performed by Leslie Ann Van Syckle; Abracadabra, Frank Ticheli’s delightful musical depiction of a magic act; Ticheli’s gorgeous arrangement of the hymn Amazing Grace; and it will close with Lewis Buckley’s own transcription for band of the Finale from Antonin Dvorak’s famed New World Symphony.

The Villlages Concert Band presents a captivating program filled with beloved melodies and sweeping musical moments. The evening will feature elegant medleys from The Phantom of the Opera and The King and I, along with two classic waltzes that evoke the charm of a bygone era. Prepare for a night of beauty, nostalgia, and unforgettable music.

Join The Villages Hometown Band for their spring concert offering something for everyone: from Elvis to Broadway to Hollywood, with classics and pop tunes in the mix. You’ll hear Glenn Miller, John Williams, Rodgers and Hammerstein and more!

It’s time for spring and The Villages New Horizons Band! 

It will be an electrifying evening with special guest vocalist, PETRINA and a 100 piece band!
